The Universal Protocol Alliance has been dissolved as of July 1, 2024.

Surviving Universal Protocol Alliance members remain proud of its groundbreaking accomplishments, including pioneering multi-chain wrapped tokens, stablecoins and environmental assets, and grateful to its loyal community of followers.

Unfortunately, lack of adoption and the ongoing demands of Universal Protocol Alliance members’ individual businesses meant that supporting the various Universal Protocol Alliance projects was no longer viable.

Any holder of Universal Protocol Alliance stablecoins who hold those tokens may have those converted to other crypto assets with the same underlying asset as follows:

UPUSD - 1:1 exchange into USDC.

UPEUR - 1:1 exchange into EURC.

UPXAU - 1:1 exchange into PAXG.

UPBTC - 1:1 exchange into BTC.

BTC0 - 1:1 exchange into BTC.

Holders should contact support@universalprotocol.io to process the conversion into the assets as set forth above.

Holders of UPC02 may retain their tokens in a non-custodial ERC-20 wallet of their choosing.
